Our warehouses are based in several cities in Europe and that is why products can be sent from different locations and can therefore reach you at different times. This does not mean extra costs for you as a result.
If you have ordered goods that come in more than a week, they will be sent away in accordance with the method you choose when they are in stock. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we consider that the address is uncertain, for example a municipal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In rare cases, some goods may be delivered outside the published time period. If no one is at home on delivery, the freight forwarder leaves a card that states that you have tried to deliver your product of choice. Then you must follow the instructions on the card. Best Seller Direct Europe does not pay for a re-delivery.
Once we have approved your order, our goal is to deliver the products according to the following schedules, subject to availability.
